The reaction material in the reactor is directly granulated after being pressurized by the melt pump.

In 2007, our first hot melt adhesive underwater pelletizing system came out, which filled in the gap in China and was unanimously recognized by domestic hot melt adhesive manufacturers. It changed the disadvantages of the former strip, such as disordered field, difficult operation and poor pellets appearance.

We have sold nearly 100 sets underwater pelletizing system, covering EVA, PA, PS, TPU hot melt adhesive granulation until now.

The melt materials do not need to go through the twin screw extruder for cooling, and can be directly cut into pellets.
