This production line is applicable to the production of cable insulation material granulation, cable sheath material granulation and optical cable material granulation.

We use high-precision screws and barrel integral alloy sleeve, with better dispersion performance and better product quality.

For PVC cable material granulation and low smoke and halogen-free cable material granulation, we use the two stage extruder mode of twin screw extruder plus single screw extruder, making full use of the dispersive plasticizing ability of twin screw extruder and the strong pressure building extruding ability of single screw extruder, so as to improve the production efficiency.

This production line can also be used for wood plastic compounding and granulation.
